- First Course: Bourbon-Cured Salmon Crudo Four Roses Cured Chilean Salmon, Citrus Oil, Pickled Shallots, Micro Shiso, Bourbon Barrel Aged Miso Soy, Crispy Rice (gluten free, dairy free)
- Second Course: Smoked Duck & Charred Fig Salad Mixed Greens, Toasted Pecans, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Four Rose and Fig gastrique, Smoked Bourbon Sea Salt (gluten free, can be made dairy free)
- Third Course: Four Rose Barrel-Glazed Short Ribs Slow-Braised Beef Short Rib, Sweet Potato Puree, Blistered Heirloom Carrots, Crispy Leeks., Four Roses Black Pepper Jus (cannot be made gluten or dairy free)
