About Black Radish Creamery
An obsession with good food and great ingredients is at the heart of everything Black Radish Creamery does. From the beginning, handcrafting true artisan cheese was always their goal. Their long journey to cheese-making took them on an unintentional path that would lead to the creation of their first product, fruit preserves. Much to their surprise, it was not cheese but was created with cheese in mind.
Six short years later, in the summer of 2017, they began handcrafting all of our artisan food products in our state-of-the-art facility near Granville, Ohio. The facility not only hosts a creamery, complete with two custom cheese caves, but it also features a versatile commercial kitchen where they make their preserves.
All along, their intention has always been, and continues to be— to provide people with the kind of outstanding food that has fueled their biggest dreams and fondest memories—
food made with love, science, and soul.
