In 1727, Benjamin Franklin — you may have heard of him — founded a “club for mutual improvement,” which he styled The Junto. Ben’s club brought together people from diverse backgrounds to discuss issues and ideas of the time.
The Junto hotel is a modern-day embodiment of this idea. With an emphasis on public gathering spaces, our hotel gives visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike a place to come together, exchange ideas, and inspire one another.

We are part of the city’s most exciting transformation driven by—and surrounded by—its budding creative community and art scene, welcoming locals to a family friendly neighborhood.
We wanted to create a destination where people gather, share ideas, spend time, and create a sense of place. Breaking ground in May 2020, just a “little west” of downtown—revitalizing this industrial area for people to come together and enjoy each other and the experiences that surround them.
