The Junto has 198 total guest rooms inclusive of 31 suites.

What is the check-in and check-out time at The Junto?
Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is at noon. Minimum check-in age is 21.

What do I need in order to check-in to The Junto?
All guests checking into The Junto need a credit card and valid ID.

What is The Junto’s cancellation policy?
Must cancel by 4 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax.

I need to make a change to my reservation. Who should I contact?
If you made a reservation on a website other than the hotel website, you’ll need to contact the booking agent or website that you went through in order to make any changes. If you booked directly through The Junto’s website or made your reservation by calling the hotel, please contact a reservation’s agent at 888.976.2106.

Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?

What is the Destination Amenity Fee?
The Destination Amenity Fee is $20 per night and includes a unique selection of experiences to enhance your stay. From our Trade Room offering beverages and snacks to the Gear Garage stocked full of adventure items, The Junto’s destination amenities will make you feel at home while on the road.

What is the Gear Garage?
The Gear Garage at The Junto is a complimentary amenity that helps our guests make the most of their time in the Arch City. Guests are encouraged to make use of our selection of E-bikes, cruiser bikes, longboards, cameras, GoPro video cameras, and more.

Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, The Junto’s 24-hour access fitness center is located on the second level of the hotel (Level 2). We’ve also supplied our fitness center with Rogue fitness equipment, a local fitness equipment company, so your home fitness journey can continue while on the road.

Does The Junto provide dry cleaning and laundry service?
Yes. Same-day dry cleaning is available for all items dropped off by 8 am and is available Monday through Friday.

Yes, the parking garage located directly behind The Junto offers Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Guests using valet services can ask that their vehicle be charged (based on availability).
